Hotel Demo FluxPMS is responsible for the personal data you share when you book or stay with us.

What we collect

Your name, email and phone number, your stay dates, room and number of guests, any requests you write to us, and the status of your payments. At check-in we may also record the identity details local law requires.

Why we use it

To confirm and manage your booking and your stay, to contact you about it, to take payments, and to meet our legal and accounting obligations. We send you offers only if you agree, and every offer email lets you unsubscribe.

Who helps us

Our booking and hotel management system (FluxPMS) stores your booking on our behalf and uses it for nothing else. Card payments, when offered, are handled by a certified payment provider; we never see or store your full card number.

On our booking page, visits are counted without cookies. Chat messages are processed by an AI provider and kept for 30 days. If you use voice, your browser turns speech into text and we receive only the text. If you ask the page to remember your details, your name, email and phone are saved only in your browser on this device.

How long we keep it

As long as we need it for your stay, and afterwards only as long as tax, accounting or other laws require.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of your data, to correct it, or to delete it when we no longer have to keep it, and you can refuse offers at any time. Write to us using the contact details above.
