Who you book with

Your booking is an agreement between you and Hotel Demo FluxPMS. FluxPMS only provides the booking software.

Prices and payment

The price shown when you confirm, with its taxes and fees, is the price of your stay. You pay as stated when you book: at the hotel, or online when the hotel offers it.

Cancellation Policy

Free cancellation until 3 days before arrival; after that, one night is charged.

Check-in and check-out

• Check-in from 15:00.
• Check-out by 11:00.

During your stay

Please show a valid ID at check-in and respect the hotel's rules. Damage caused during the stay may be charged to the guest.

Changes and contact

To change or cancel your booking, use the link in your confirmation email or contact us.
